What you get as a Heartstringer
Early access to my books before they release, behind-the-scenes peeks into my writing life, and a community of readers who actually want to talk about the stories as much as you do.
What is a street team?
A street team is a group of readers who help spread the word about books they love. That can be as simple as sharing a release post on social media or recommending a book to a friend.
How it works
The Heartstringers are based in a private Facebook group where I connect directly with readers. I share excerpts, giveaways, cover reveals, and sneak peeks of what I’m working on — plus games and giveaways during launch weeks that get genuinely competitive.
Reviews
This is the single biggest way you can help. As a Heartstringer, you’ll receive Advance Reader Copies (ARCs) before release. In return, I ask that you:
- Read the book before or around release
- Leave an honest review
- Post on Goodreads and/or BookBub early
- Share your review on Amazon on or around release day
Honest reviews are what matter most — thoughtful details about what worked for you (or didn’t) help other readers find the right book.
Other ways to help (totally optional)
If you enjoy being active on social media, you’re always welcome to share teasers, graphics, release day posts, and favorite quotes. Instagram, TikTok, Goodreads, Pinterest, Facebook — wherever you already hang out is perfect.
